Silent Shade Planting Company is a family owned farming business recognized for its forward-thinking agricultural practices and its focus on sustainable farming. The farming operation is made up of 12,000 acres of cotton, corn, soybeans, rice, peanuts and wheat that is grown on a combination of rented and owned land. Silent Shade’s headquarters are located in Belzoni, Mississippi, and the farming acreage is scattered across Humphreys, Leflore, and Holmes Counties.
